LPe provided Structural Engineering services on this 80,000 square foot recreation center that includes an Olympic sized swimming pool, five tennis courts and a state-of-the-art wellness center.
Coleman Community Center, Nashville, TN
LPe provided Structural Engineering services on the entire center which includes a swimming pool, upper-level running track and basketball court.
Brentwood Academy of Fine Arts and Athletics Field House, Brentwood, TN
LPe provided Structural engineering services on both the new facilities with a projected cost of $8.0 million. The finished structure is a 32,000 square foot, 2-story building with load bearing masonry walls and shallow foundations.
Celina High School, Clay County, Tennessee
LPe provided Structural engineering services on this $6.0 million, 80,000 square foot school with gymnasium.
The new building is a single story, steel joist structure bearing on load-bearing masonry walls. Additionally, the second phase of work for this school includes all the athletic facilities including bleachers, field house, and concessions.
Metro Nashville Playroom Additions, Nashville, Tennessee
Elementary schools– Tom Joy, Una, Lakeview, Glencliff, JE Moss, Kings Lane, Norman Binkley, Ross, McGavock, Crieve Hall, Cora Howe and Kirkpatrick.
LPe provided Structural engineering services on these new $1.0 million additions to twelve existing facilities for the Metropolitan Davidson County School Board. The additions included new gymnasiums and office/equipment room additions.
Centertown Elementary School, Warren County, Tennessee
LPe provided Structural engineering services on this $5.0 million, 69,000 square foot school and gymnasium. The new building is a single-story, steel joist structure bearing on load-bearing masonry walls with spread and continuous shallow footings foundation.
